Family Reconnection & Support Services
We provide counseling, family mediation, parenting classes, and peer support groups that strengthen family bonds and promote healthy relationships. Our services aim to reunify families and equip them with tools to rebuild trust, stability, and emotional well-being.

Workforce Readiness & Career Pathways
Designed to break the cycle of poverty and recidivism, this program offers job training, GED prep, digital literacy, and career placement assistance. Participants are connected to mentorship, local employers, and apprenticeships to build confidence and long-term employment success.
Community Resource Navigation Hub
Through one-on-one guidance and referrals, we connect clients with essential resources including food, clothing, mental health services, healthcare access, and legal support. Our trained advocates help individuals navigate public systems and remove barriers to independence.
